Free Training & Job Placement in Footwear Industry | BFDS Bahadurgarh

Bahadurgarh Footwear Development Services (BFDS) provides free skill training with job placement support for youth and job seekers under the MSE-CDP scheme of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. Our programs are specially designed to build practical skills required in the fast-growing footwear and allied industries.

BFDS offers industry-oriented training in footwear stitching, cutting, designing (CAD-CAM), footwear lab technician, machine operation, and production-related skills. Training focuses on hands-on practice, real factory exposure, and modern tools so that candidates become job-ready from day one.

The Free Training & Job Placement initiative aims to create employment opportunities for skilled and semi-skilled candidates by connecting them with footwear manufacturers, export houses, and production units. Along with technical skills, candidates also receive guidance on workplace discipline, productivity, and career growth.
