Bahadurgarh Footwear Development Services (BFDS), established under the MSE-CDP scheme of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, is a premier institute dedicated to skill development and footwear quality assurance. BFDS uniquely combines free government-supported skill training programs with a fully equipped Footwear Testing Laboratory, making it a one-stop solution for workforce development and industry support.

BFDS offers 100% free, job-oriented training courses designed to prepare candidates for real industry requirements. Admissions are open for courses such as Footwear Designing & CAD-CAM, Data Entry Operator, Knitting Machine Operator, and Footwear Lab Technician. These programs focus on hands-on training, modern equipment, and expert guidance, along with job assistance to help trainees start their careers confidently.

In addition to training, BFDS operates a certified Footwear Testing Laboratory providing quality testing services for Sports Shoes (IS 15844), Sandals & Slippers (IS 6721), and Hawai Footwear (IS 10702). The laboratory supports manufacturers, exporters, startups, and brands by ensuring product quality, durability, and compliance with Indian Standards.
